What We Deliver
Coordination of All Service Connections
We manage and coordinate all required site services to get your building operational, including:
Water Connections
- Coordination of Water Corporation standard connection fees (applied directly to client)
- Installation of mains water to building, including trenching & backfilling, typically allowing up to 15m from service point to building
- Disconnection services where required for relocations or upgrades
Sewer / Wastewater Connections
- Installation of sewer drains to building connection points
- Trenching, bedding, and backfilling
- Integration with existing site infrastructure
Electrical Connections
- Installation of sub-mains and conduits from main dome or pit to the building, including trenching & backfilling
- Coordination of Western Power new connection fees (charged directly to account holders)
- Integration with site-specific electrical requirements for mine-spec, industrial, or commercial installations
- Use of existing conduits where available, as documented in project specifications
Communications & Data
- Coordination of Telstra new service connections (invoiced directly to client)
- Installation of communications conduits between service pits and building entry points
- Integration with site PA systems and extensions where required (school & commercial installations)
Disconnections, Relocations & Upgrades
Beyond new builds, we also manage:
- Disconnection of existing services
- Safe removal or relocation of buildings
- Reconnection on new site locations

- Site plans showing service locations, or
- A site visit where existing services are unclear or unmarked
