With strong ongoing demand across our network, we can often rehome quality buildings quickly. If you’re purchasing a new unit, trade-in options are also available to simplify your upgrade.
How the Sell or Trade-In Process Works

Step 1 – Submit Your Details
Send us basic information about your building, including photos, dimensions, condition, and location.

Step 2 – Receive an Offer
Our team will assess the unit and provide a fair market valuation for purchase or trade-in.

Step 3 – Schedule Removal
Once accepted, we’ll coordinate a convenient time for pickup and manage the removal process from start to finish.

Step 4 – Certificate of Construction Compliance
When construction is complete, a qualified building surveyor will inspect the work. If it meets the required standards and all planning conditions have been satisfied, they will issue a Certificate of Construction Compliance (CCC).
Note: If you’re upgrading, we’ll apply the agreed trade-in value directly to your new building.
