A major international property developer required a premium, custom-designed marketing suite to showcase architectural scale models, display project material and host prospective buyers in a sophisticated, climate-controlled setting.

• Concealed-fixed MAXLINE 340 exterior wall and roof cladding in black
• Structural automatic frameless sliding entry door with 19 mm toughened glazing
• Custom black ACP architectural entry wall and soffit treatment
• 3.0 m nominal internal ceilings with architectural recesses and feature columns
• Premium showroom lighting including 33 internal points and directional track fixtures
• Integrated kitchenette, meeting zones and accessible WC
• Dedicated Daikin VRV air-conditioning system to the main display area
