This design is a compact, transportable building that packs serious performance into a modest 2.4 x 2.4 metre footprint. Constructed with robust 100mm insulated Colorbond® wall panels and a 150mm insulated panel roof system, the building is engineered for strength and energy efficiency. Built to AS1170.2 wind loading standards (Region A, Terrain Category 2), it features a galvanised steel base chassis and certified lifting points for safe and easy relocation.
Internally, the unit includes a complete electrical fit-out—including LED lighting, power outlets, switchboard, and air conditioning—ensuring it’s ready for plug-and-play use the moment it lands on site.
