This modular building comes complete with reverse cycle split-system air conditioning for year-round climate control, fully insulated wall and roof panels, and a reinforced welded steel base frame designed to withstand Australian site conditions. Engineered to meet AS1170.2 Wind Region A, Terrain Category 2, this office is ready to be installed and put to work quickly and reliably.
