6m x 3m Male & Female Toilet Block – Sewer Connect, Region D2 (9062)
This new 6m x 3m male and female toilet block provides separate amenities in a compact sewer-connect building designed for Wind Region D, Terrain Category 2. The layout includes four WC cubicles, a 1200mm stainless-steel trough urinal and four stainless-steel wall-mounted basins.

6m x 3m Male & Female Toilet Block – Sewer Connect
This completed male and female amenities building has a nominal 6000mm x 3000mm footprint, separate external entries and a 3° steel-framed roof. It is documented for Wind Region D, Terrain Category 2 conditions.
Layout and amenities
- Separate male and female areas.
- Four WC cubicles shown on the issued floor plan: three male and one female.
- 1200mm wall-mounted stainless-steel trough urinal.
- Four wall-mounted stainless-steel basins with chrome mixers.
- Framed mirrors, black soap dispensers and black paper-towel dispensers.
- Commercial slip-resistant vinyl to wet areas, coved 100mm up the walls.
Construction
- 100mm ribbed insulated external wall panels with Surfmist Colorbond skin.
- 50mm smooth insulated internal wall panels in Surfmist.
- Steel-framed 3° side-sloped roof with Surfmist roof decking and Basalt flashings.
- Two 920mm commercial-grade steel external doors.
- Wet-area sliding windows with obscure/translucent glass, flyscreens and cyclone debris screens.
- Nominal internal ceiling height of 2400mm.
Electrical and plumbing
- Single-phase 24-pole internal metal switchboard and external metal junction box for future mains connection.
- Three LED battens, two emergency exit signs, three wall-mounted exhaust fans and one hardwired smoke detector.
- Cold-water service only with a male 20mm BSP water connection point.
- Waste pipes terminate at the building perimeter at fixture locations.
Important site requirements
Drain connection is not included. Footings and tie-downs, transport, crane hire, onsite installation and setup are not included in the documented project scope. Confirm site services, approvals, installation requirements and final compliance requirements before purchase.
