6m x 3m Male & Female Sewer-Connect Toilet Block
This new 6.0m x 3.0m male and female sewer-connect toilet block has separate external entries, steel-chassis construction and a Region D, Terrain Category 2 design basis. The building uses insulated panel walls, Basalt external corner flashings and a steel-framed, side-sloped 3° roof with Surfmist roof decking.
Inside, the toilet block provides male and female amenity areas with toilet cubicles, a 1200mm stainless-steel wall-mounted urinal, wall-mounted stainless-steel basins, chrome basin mixers, framed vanity mirrors, toilet-roll holders, hand-soap dispensers and paper-towel dispensers. Wet areas have grey 2.0mm commercial slip-resistant vinyl flooring coved 100mm up the walls.
