6m x 3m Male & Female Sewer-Connect Toilet Block
This 6.0m x 3.0m male and female toilet block is a transportable sewer-connect amenity building with separate external entrances and a completed wet-area fit-out. The issued layout identifies male and female areas, and the completed building photographs show external access doors, sanitary cubicle partitioning, stainless-steel wash basins, a wall-mounted urinal and finished wet-area flooring.
The building is specified with insulated wall and roof panels, a steel chassis, white wet-area windows and a 3° roof pitch. It is configured for cold-water connection and site drainage connection; drain connection, footings and tie-downs, transport and onsite installation are not included in the project scope.

- 1200mm stainless-steel wall-mounted urinal with cistern, plus white toilet suites.
- LED lighting, maintained exit signs, exhaust fans and hardwired smoke detectors.
- Single-phase switchboard and external junction box for future mains connection.

- Ceiling: nominal 2400mm above finished floor, raking to approximately 2630mm.
- Water: cold-water service only with a male 20mm BSP water connection point.
- Waste: waste pipework terminates at the building perimeter; drain connection is not included.
Important site requirements
Site drainage connection, footings and tie-downs, loading and unloading crane hire, transport, and onsite installation/setup are excluded from the project scope. Confirm site services and installation requirements before purchase.
