6m x 3m Male & Female Sewer-Connect Toilet Block
Asset 9059 is a new 6.0m x 3.0m transportable male and female toilet block configured for sewer connection. The issued floor plan provides separate male and female amenity areas, with stainless-steel basin facilities, toilet cubicles and a wall-mounted stainless-steel urinal.
The building uses insulated panel construction with Surfmist external wall and roof finishes, Basalt external corner and roof flashings, and a 3° roof pitch. Wet areas are finished with commercial-grade grey slip-resistant vinyl, coved 100mm up the walls.

Drains terminate below floor level at each fixture and at the perimeter wall; drain connection is not included. Transport, onsite installation/setup, footings and tie-downs are not included in the supplied project specification.
