THE CHALLENGES
The customer required a control cabin to manage ship loading/unloading, providing the operator with the required view lines, for the process. Emergency escape via an additional means other than the normal door was also incorporated into the design, including the ability to abseil out of the unit, with special ceiling mounted harness point(s). Control room windows were tinted for maximum benefit to the operator.
