The Anglican Schools Commission engaged Instant Transportable Offices to design, build and deliver a custom temporary office for their new school site in Alkimos.
A major factor in the design of the building that needed to be taken into consideration was the ability to easily expand the building in the near future. With the new building needing to be doubled in size shortly after the existing building is relocated within the school site, Instant Transportable Offices were eager for the challenge.
Confronted with non-existent sewer and water services on site, Instant Transportable Offices provided their own temporary toilet and waste storage solution, to ensure the building could commence operation whilst the school was undergoing continual construction.
The unique design was chosen tie into the overall aesthetic of the new school with the help of Alkimos Baptist College's architects. The office features a contemporary external façade with front verandah, decking and accessible ramp systems to ensure DDA compliance. With approvals managed also by Instant Transportable Offices, the overall project was delivered to the client with minimal fuss and within a suitable time frame.
We're excited to be underway with Phase 2 of the building already!
